DISCOUNT POLICY
(Effective April 19, 2006)

Register for two or more standard scheduled workshops at the same time and receive 10% off each registration. That's a savings of up to $70/registration! During checkout, enter 2plus in the Coupon code field and the discount will be automatically applied.

Non-profit organizations qualify for a 10% discount regardless of quantity. During checkout, enter nonprofit10 in the Coupon code field and the discount will be automatically applied.

CLASS AUDIT POLICY

Within 6 months of taking any scheduled class, the Client (individual) may audit the same class at no additional cost. All audits are subject to availability on the morning of class. Audits are not provided with a class hand-out. Audits are non–transferrable.

PAYMENT POLICY

Pre-payment is required one week before class.

To pay by credit card: eVolve accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All cards are charged for the full amount at the time of class registration. A receipt will then be sent to the client via email.

To pay by check: Checks must be received at least one week prior to class to hold the registration. Students may also hold their registration with a credit card and bring a check to class. The credit card will be refunded for the full amount once the check clears. Checks should be handed to the trainer, or an eVolve associate, in the morning before the first class begins. For all credit card charges and credits, a receipt will be sent to the client via email.

Government agencies, educational institutions and non-profit organizations who cannot meet the above payment policy requirements should contact eVolve directly to arrange payment.

Client CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY

1 Business Day Cancellation: If the Client reschedules or cancels class registration(s) within 1 business day of the first scheduled date of the training class, the Client agrees to pay eVolve 100% of the class cost for each rescheduled or cancelled registration. Example: To move or cancel a registration for a class that begins on Monday morning, eVolve must receive notification no later than the prior Thursday evening.

7 Day Cancellation: If the Client reshedules or cancels class registration(s) between 7 days and 24 hours before the first scheduled date of the training class, the Client agrees to pay eVolve 25% of the class cost for each cancelled or rescheduled registration.

2-Transfer Maximum: Registrations that are transferred to different dates and/or to different people within an organization two or more times are automatically subject to a 100% cancellation penalty fee, regardless of when the transfer requests are received. Due to space limitations and/or other issues, eVolve reserves the right to deny transfer requests on registrations that have been already transferred 2 or more times.

The above policies apply to all of eVolve's public, scheduled classes. The cancellation policy for all targeted training, consulting and private custom projects are defined in a separately issued contract.

eVolve CANCELLATION POLICY:

While we do our best not to reschedule or cancel classes, it is necessary on occasion due to inclement weather and other circumstances beyond our control. As a result, eVolve reserves the right to cancel and reschedule classes when absolutely necessary. In these cases, the client is released from all financial obligations to eVolve.
