These synthetic opal beads are a staple item and can be used on a multitude of piercings from septums to ear cartilage. They are currently sold in two sizes; 3mm (compatible with 16g) and 4mm (compatible with 14g). They are sold individually. These synthetic opal captive beads are safe for initial piercings and can be autoclaved.
